Indiyan Dori - Returns, Refund, Cancellation Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions


Return policy:

Orders can be requested for a return within 7 days from the date of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging while handing over to the courier person. You’ll also need to attach the receipt/invoice/proof of purchase.

To place a return request, you can contact us at support@indiyandori.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8356968595 along with photos of the garment(s) stating the actual issue/reason for the return request.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We will arrange return pick up from our shipping partner, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is accepted.

Refund policy:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@indiyandori.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8356968595

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is accepted


Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Hence, same 7 day return policy will be applicable as mentioned above for any exchanges

Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).

Exchange/Return will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.


Cancellations:
Cancellation by customer:

Cancellation by Indiyan Dori:
IndiyanDori reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons that may lead to orders cancellations are unavailable quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may contact you if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Indiyan Dori and accept the decision regarding the cancellation
